By accessing or using this website, requesting a quotation, submitting artwork, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Rigid Box Market may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may also update website content, product specifications, pricing, services, production methods, and availability without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the applicable Terms and order details before submitting an order.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website or services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, republish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.
Rigid Box Market names, logos, product names, and related marks may not be used without authorization.
You are solely responsible for all artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, designs, graphics, fonts, product information, and other materials that you upload, transmit, submit, or request us to incorporate into a product (collectively, “Customer Content”).
By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:
You grant Rigid Box Market and its authorized production partners a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to quote, design, manufacture, package, ship, support, and fulfill your order. We do not claim ownership of your Customer Content.
We may refuse or cancel an order if Customer Content appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person or organization. We are not required to monitor all Customer Content and do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of content submitted by customers.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting your password, and limiting access to your account and devices. You are responsible for activities and orders placed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
Rigid Box Market may rely on instructions submitted through your account or by an authorized representative of your business.
Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities, materials, artwork, finishing options, delivery location, and other information available at the time the quote is prepared. A quotation may expire after the period stated in the quote and may be revised if specifications or market conditions change.
An order is not accepted until Rigid Box Market confirms the order in writing, receives any required payment or deposit, and has the information necessary to begin production. We may correct typographical or pricing errors and may cancel an order affected by an obvious error, in which case amounts paid for the canceled order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed order terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, customs charges, duties, expedited fees, special handling charges, or additional services requested after approval.
Design services are provided according to the scope described in the applicable quote or order confirmation. Design fees cover the work specified in that order and are generally non-refundable once work has begun or the design order has been placed, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
If design files are supplied by Rigid Box Market, they may be delivered in a low-resolution or production-specific format. Editable, layered, vector, or higher-resolution files may be subject to additional fees and must be requested before delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of a design file does not transfer ownership of Rigid Box Market’s templates, production methods, dielines, or proprietary working files.
For best results, customer-supplied artwork should follow the specifications communicated by Rigid Box Market, including the required file format, dimensions, bleed, safe area, fonts, color profile, and image resolution. Unless otherwise specified, print artwork is generally recommended in CMYK format with images of at least 300 DPI at final size.
We are not responsible for blurry, distorted, pixelated, incorrectly positioned, or otherwise defective results caused by customer-supplied artwork, missing fonts, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution images, incorrect color profiles, or other materials that do not meet the communicated specifications.
Before production, we may provide a digital proof, specification sheet, dieline, or other approval document. You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all text, spelling, grammar, artwork, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, folds, cuts, colors, delivery information, and deadlines shown in the final proof or specification sheet.
Production will proceed after your approval or after the approval deadline stated in the order communication. Once approved, changes may require additional fees, cause production delays, or may not be possible. Rigid Box Market is not responsible for errors that appear in an approved proof or result from information approved or supplied by the customer.
Digital screen proofs are intended primarily to show layout, placement, proportion, and content. Colors displayed on different monitors and devices may vary. Screen proofs do not guarantee an exact match to the final printed product. If precise color evaluation is important, request a physical proof before production where available.
Rigid boxes and related packaging products are produced according to the materials and specifications stated in the applicable order. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, paperboard, coatings, adhesives, inks, inserts, and other components are not represented as food-grade, medical-grade, child-safe, waterproof, or suitable for direct contact with food, medicine, cosmetics, or other regulated products.
You are responsible for confirming that the selected materials and finished packaging are suitable for your intended use and comply with the laws, regulations, labeling requirements, and industry standards applicable to your products and market.
Custom packaging is manufactured using commercial production processes. Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, material shade, coating, folding, gluing, and finishing may occur and are not necessarily defects.
For bulk or custom orders, the following variations may apply unless a different tolerance is stated in writing:

These estimates are not guarantees unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Rigid Box Market will make commercially reasonable efforts to reproduce approved artwork accurately. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed because of differences among screens, substrates, coatings, printing processes, machines, and ink batches.
If exact color matching is important, you should request and approve a physical proof before authorizing full production. Color differences that fall within normal commercial-production tolerances are not considered manufacturing defects.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@rigidboxmarket.com. Whether an order can be canceled depends on its production stage. Once design, material procurement, printing, manufacturing, finishing, packing, or shipping has begun, cancellation may be unavailable or subject to fees.
Unless a separate written order agreement applies, the following cancellation schedule may be used as a general guide:

The actual charge will reflect work completed, materials purchased, production costs, payment-processing charges, shipping charges, and other non-recoverable expenses. Design-only orders are generally non-refundable once placed or once work has begun.
Because rigid boxes are often custom-manufactured to customer specifications, returns are limited. Eligible products may be returned within 70 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition and receive written authorization before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
You must notify Rigid Box Market in writing at sales@rigidboxmarket.com within 3 business days after delivery if an order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or appears to have a manufacturing or printing defect. Please include the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the packaging and products, and any other information reasonably requested by our team.
For an approved claim, we may, at our discretion and subject to the order terms, repair, replace, reprint, credit, or refund the affected products. If the defect was caused by Rigid Box Market, we may provide a replacement or reprint at no additional product charge. If the issue resulted from customer-supplied artwork, incorrect information, failure to approve a proof accurately, improper storage, misuse, or ordinary production variation, the claim may not qualify for a refund or free reprint. Any approved return must be shipped by mail, with the return label and return shipping arranged and paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For eligible non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 15%–40% of the product price may apply. Returns must be sent by mail, and the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return label, return shipping, and any other applicable return costs. After the returned products are received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 65 days. The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
Delivery estimates begin only after all required information, artwork, approvals, and payments have been received. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.
Rigid Box Market offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. Standard delivery is generally expected within 2–4 business days after the order is ready for shipment, unless a different timeframe is stated in the applicable quote or order confirmation. Rigid Box Market may use third-party carriers and may ship an order in multiple packages or shipments.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by weather, transportation interruptions, carrier problems, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, address changes, labor disruptions, material shortages, equipment failure, internet or technical issues, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges for international shipments.
Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery. If a shipment is visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening it and notify the carrier and Rigid Box Market as soon as possible.
Claims for shipping damage, loss, or missing items must be submitted within [two or three] business days of delivery or the expected delivery date, as applicable. We will reasonably assist with carrier claims, but responsibility may depend on the shipping terms, carrier investigation, and applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rigid Box Market, its affiliates, service providers, suppliers, contractors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your Customer Content, your violation of another party’s rights, your misuse of the website or products, or your violation of applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, its content, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Rigid Box Market disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, that content will be complete or current, or that every product will be suitable for your particular application. Product suitability remains the customer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigid Box Market and its affiliates, suppliers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or use, arising from or related to the website, an order, a product, a delay, or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigid Box Market’s total liability for any claim relating to an order or service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Rigid Box Market will not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility failures, supply-chain interruptions, transportation failures, government actions, equipment breakdowns, cyber incidents, or failures of third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Province and Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
